365-Day Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with the contact lenses you order from us. We know that your prescription can change or an error can be made while ordering. That’s why we offer a 365 day exchange policy to help ensure that what you ordered is what you need. Exchanges can be performed within 365 days of receipt of your item. That’s a full year! For exchanges, lens boxes must be unopened, unmarked, undamaged, and unexpired. Customers are responsible for shipping associated with returning the items to Lowest Price Contacts, but we’ll ship the new items out to you at no charge. We cannot accept opened boxes of contact lenses or vials, as we are unable to return these to the manufacturer. The following lenses are also non-exchangeable because they are custom made to order by the manufacturer: Proclear Toric XR, Proclear Multifocal XR, Proclear Multifocal Toric, Frequency 55 Toric XR, Biofinity XR toric, and Vertex Toric XR. Discontinued items are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Limit of 1 exchange per purchase.
90 Day Return Policy
If you wish to receive a refund instead, we can do that also! Returns for a refund can be done within 90 days of receipt of the item however, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns, lens boxes must be unopened, unmarked, undamaged, and unexpired.Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items back to Lowest Price Contacts. The following lenses are also non-refundable because they are custom made to order by the manufacturer: HYDRASOFT SPHERE THIN, Proclear Toric XR, Proclear Multifocal XR, Proclear Multifocal Toric, Frequency 55 Toric XR, Biofinity XR toric, and Vertex Toric XR.
If you receive lenses and you suspect they may be defective, please contact our Customer Care Team right away. Please do not throw out any of the product as it may be required back for analysis. If the lenses are deemed defective by the manufacturer, they will assist in providing replacements of the exact brand, color or prescription that was originally purchased. Please note we are unable to provide refunds for defective items.
Please ensure the items you are shipping back meet the return or exchange qualifications as noted on “Returns” page. Before returning items, please contact our customer care team by email and include your name, order number, and the reason for the return. If calling, please have this information available. Our customer care team will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and email you the return or exchange procedure along with the return address. This RMA number should be written prominently in the address portion of your return package to ensure there are no delays in processing your return. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it has been received at our facility.
Cancelled / Refused / Return to Sender
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. As our in-stock items ship within 24 hours, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. If your order has been processed but not shipped and you wish to cancel your order, there will be a 3% cancellation fee..
If your package is returned to our facility marked “refused”, your order will be refunded minus the 10% restocking fee. Please note the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
For packages that come back to our facility marked “return to sender”, Lowest Price Contacts will contact the customer to verify the address details. If the address details were entered incorrectly, a shipping fee will apply. The same applies if the package was not picked up from the post office within the holding time and is returned to our facility.
